Isolab flexible configuration allows the users to match physical and mechanical specifications of the final products.
Production samples can be light-coated fabrics for clothing, synthetic leather items for technical application (automotive sector, sport sector, footwear), foams, impregnated fabrics and non woven fabrics, wall paper, cast PVC films and other films, self-adhesive products. Isolab can be easily configured to include different technologies for coating as knife coating, kiss-roll, reverse rolls and impregnation, wet lamination, one coat lamination, embossing with heated rolls and cooled rolls, etc.. The oven is suitable to process water and solvent base products. Special features can be added for articles tests of products for the medical sector under clean room conditions.
